Refund policy
At The Jersey District, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our officially-inspired soccer jerseys. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Customized jerseys (with printed names, numbers, or patches) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error made by us.

For non-customized items, if these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Package Securely: Place the item with all original materials in a secure package. Include a note with your order number and preference for a refund or exchange.

Ship the Package: Send your return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
