Are taxes and customs fees included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay at The Jersey District. All applicable charges are included in your order total. There will be no surprise fees at checkout or upon delivery.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Bank Transfers for bulk orders. All payments are processed securely through our platform.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship globally! To ensure faster delivery, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your destination.
Is telephone payment available?
To ensure the highest security for your financial data, all transactions must be completed through our secure online checkout system. We do not accept payments over the phone.
How secure is your website?
Extremely secure. Our site is protected with SSL encryption, and we adhere to strict PCI-DSS compliance standards. Your personal and payment information is always safe with us.
My card payment was declined. What can I do?
Please verify your card details are entered correctly. Also, confirm with your bank that international online transactions are enabled. If issues persist, try an alternate payment method or contact our support team for assistance.
I see a charge but no order confirmation. What happened?
This typically indicates a pre-authorization hold that did not finalize into a charge. The hold will usually be released by your bank within 3-10 business days. If the full amount was deducted, please contact us immediately with your details so we can investigate.
I'm having trouble completing my order online.

Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys in stock?
The vast majority are! However, high-demand items (especially during major tournaments) can sell out quickly. The current availability status is clearly shown on each product page at The Jersey District.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
We can only modify an order if it has not yet advanced to our packing station. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipment.
How do I cancel an order?
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately via your account or email, providing your order number. We will confirm if the cancellation is possible and proceed accordingly.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
We use reliable, tracked shipping services. For European destinations, please allow 7-10 business days. For worldwide delivery outside Europe, please allow 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country's customs processing.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link. You can use this to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe.
First, please check your tracking link for the latest update. If there has been no movement for an extended time or the package is significantly late, contact our support team with your order number, and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Customized jerseys (with printed names/numbers) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any return fees?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was sent in error or is faulty. We do not charge any hidden restocking or processing fees for approved returns.
